Along for the Ride
By: Sarah Dessen
Along for the Ride is a good lesson learned book. Auden is an 18 Year old girl who's already planning on having the worst summer of her life. Her parents divorced and she is going to live with her dad, stepmother, and her precious little sister, Thisbe. After a month or so, she gets a job at Clementine's: a little store on the boardwalk which her stepmother owns. she ends up with friends and enemies there. She had an enemy named Maggie. They were enemies because she dated a guy named Jake, which was Maggie's ex-boyfriend and loved him. Then the next week he deiced he didn't like her, so they broke up and then she found a new soul mate named Eli. Eli took her everywhere she'd never been before like bowling, roller and ice skating, and coffee shops. She thought they were going to be together forever, until they got into an argument and their love for each our is in danger...

I like the Bluford series because they're really interesting. Sometimes they're about fights. Some of them are about stuff that you could really imagine happening in people's lives. You can also relate to them. It shows you answers about real problems that you might have. Some of them teach you lessons on problems that you have.

The reason I like the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows is because there is excitement on every page. it feels like I'm really in the book, that is why i read so much. This book is about Hermione, Ron, and Harry, trying to hide from the Ministry of Magic. The Harry Potter series, in my opinion, is a great series. it's dragons, magic, wizards, and witches. I hope everyone will read the series because it is really good.
